Yes! We send all customers a free preview of their artwork once it's ready. You can then request edits as many times as you like. We print once you're happy with your pet art.
Can I print more than one pet on one picture?
We offer a wide range of portraits for multiple pets and larger fur families. Check out 'multi pet portraits' via the main menu.
What if I don't like my artwork?
if you don't like your artwork, you can request changes. We'll edit the artwork and send it back to you for another look. We print once you're happy with your order.
If you don't like your item once receive, we'll redo the art and replace it free of charge.
Is my pet photo good enough to use?
We check all pet photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem we'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via email
Photos that work best are taken in good, natural lighting, and at eye-level with your pet.
Do you just design portraits for dogs?
Not at all. We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits and anything in between. All animals are welcome!
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
If you don't like your art we'll edit it free of charge until you say you love it. If you receive your order and for some reason you don't like it, we'll redo the art and replace it for you.
